The company
hello@mirablelabs.com reaches Mirable Labs directly. Use it for brand partnerships, press and interview requests, investor questions, and anything about the company rather than the app. If you would rather talk, there is a calendar at cal.com/pinchen.
The app
support@mirablelabs.com reaches support. Use it for anything about using Looksmith: a look that came out wrong, credits and purchases, a bug, or a question the help page does not answer.
Privacy, your data, and deleting your account
Send privacy requests to support@mirablelabs.com. That covers access, correction, deletion, portability, and withdrawing the biometric consent you gave before your first look. You can also delete your Likeness and your whole account inside the app, under Settings then Account, without writing to anyone. The Privacy Policy sets out the retention periods and your regional rights in full, and the retention policy covers biometric data specifically.
Crawler and catalog questions
If you operate a site the Looksmith catalog crawler visits and you want it to stop, slow down, or remove something, write to crawler@looksmith.ai. The catalog crawler policy documents how the crawler identifies itself, the rate it requests at, what it never does, and how takedowns are handled.
What we cannot help with yet
Looksmith has not launched. There is no App Store listing and no public build, so we cannot send you an install link, a promo code or a TestFlight invitation. The waitlist on the home page is the only way to hear when that changes, and it is an email address and nothing else. If you are writing to ask when it ships, the honest answer is that we will email the waitlist before we announce it anywhere else.
