Getting started
What is Looksmith? Looksmith is an AI makeup try-on and product-discovery app. You capture a few selfies, and Looksmith paints makeup looks onto your own face — from curated styles, a look you describe, or a look mirrored from a photo — then matches each look to real products you can shop.
How do I create a look? In the app, tap the create button and choose Style Me (Looksmith styles you in a few looks), Create Look (describe any look), or Mirror a Look (recreate a look from a photo). Your looks appear in your library, and you can save products you like to your Bag.
Is Looksmith free? The core try-on experience is free to start. Some features may use credits or a paid plan; any charges are always shown before you confirm.
Your Likeness & privacy
What is my "Likeness"? Your Likeness is the set of selfies you save as your reusable face, so every look is painted on you without re-capturing each time.
How is my face data handled? We collect and store your Likeness only after you accept an in-app consent prompt, and we use it solely to generate your looks. We never use it to identify you or to advertise, we never sell it, and we never share it with brands. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How long do you keep it, and how do I remove it? Your Likeness is kept until you delete it or your account — and in any case no longer than 18 months after your last activity. You can delete your Likeness any time in the app; this promptly deletes it from our active systems.
Your account
How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Settings → Account, and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your Likeness, your looks, and your Bag — it can't be undone.
How do I make a privacy request? Email support@mirablelabs.com to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to withdraw consent. See the Privacy Policy for your regional rights.
How old do I need to be? Looksmith is for people 18 and older.
Credits & purchases
How do credits and paid features work? Some generations may use credits or a plan. Prices, credits, and any subscription terms are shown before you buy, and purchases are handled by the app store. Except where the law or the checkout says otherwise, charges are non-refundable — see the Terms.
Shopping & brand links
Where do the products come from? Looksmith matches looks to real products and links out to third-party retailers to buy them. Looksmith isn't affiliated with the brands shown, and we may earn an affiliate commission when you buy through a link, at no extra cost to you. Orders, shipping, and returns are handled by the retailer under its own policies.
Troubleshooting
My look didn't come out right. Results depend on lighting, camera quality, and pose — try a clear, well-lit, front-facing selfie. You can retake your Likeness any time in the app.
